The company which was formed in Romania in 2007 purchased approx 22 Hectares North of Brasov, Romania.
The land is located adjacent to the future ring-road to be built around the city of Brasov which will connect this area to the future motorway and to the new Airport. The site is zoned residential and complementary residential.

The company has secured full planning for a mixed development as outlined on the home page. In spring of 2010, the company will be ready to commence construction of phase 1A of the development, which incorporates building 3 show houses, laying the foundation for 13 additional housestogether with ancillary infrastructure works. The development will escalate accordingly in response to subsequent anticipated demand.

While the promoters of the company reside in Ireland, there is a full time office representative in our Brasov office based at Romania - Brasov, 500412 Str, Branduselor Nr. 11, Sc. A, Ap.3
