The Company was set up in 2007 by a group of investors based in Ireland who have raised funds to invest in the purchase of land in the Brasov area. The properties owned by the company are a 22.6 Ha site at Bod, a 5.0 Ha site between Bod and Sanpetru, and an 80 Sq. m office in central Brasov.

The major focus of  Cill Dara Investments is to develop the 22.6 Ha site into a new residential centre at the Town of Bod, comprising a proposed 400 approx. residential units, office space, neighbourhood centre and associated facilities and services. We also have a limited number of plots available for sale in our 5 Ha. site.
