The video shows the mix of residential units, office space, neighbourhood centre and petrol station. The residential mix comprises of detached, semi detached, terraced and apartments totalling 35,000 sq m of living space.

The office park adjoining the future ring road encompasses 10,000 Sq. m in total. The petrol station comprises 600 Sq.m. The neighbourhood centre of 4,000 sq. m includes a creche, pub, medical centre and pharmacy, leisure centre, restaurant and supermarket.
